MICHÈLE SEYDOUX

DANCE WITHOUT LIMITS

Michèle Seydoux was born in Zurich, Switzerland. She completed her studies at the “Hochschule für Musik und Theater” in Zürich and at the “Heinz-Bosl-Stiftung” in Munich. She danced at the “Theater Dortmund”, “Deutsche Oper am Rhein”, under the direction of Youri Vamos, and since 2009 at the State Opera Hanover, first under the direction of Jörg Mannes and since this season with Marco Goecke.
Michèle is teaching since 10 years vinyasa yoga in a studio in Hanover and is, as well, the yoga trainer of the ballet company of the State Opera Hanover. Her lessons try to bring the quality of dance, the fluidity and connection of movement into the classes and are building up strength and flexibility.
